I am happy to offer reduced-fee sessions and free sessions for those in genuine need. If you need help and feel drawn to work with me, do not hesitate to reach out - I definitely want to help! If you'd like to request a reduced fee, please don't feel embarrassed by it. I too, during some of my hardest times, was helped for a reduced fee and sometimes for free. I don't think there is anything embarrassing about needing help.

That depends on your goals and what you’re seeking support with. Some clients feel shifts after one session, especially if the condition is acute. When the condition is chronic we will likely need a series of sessions (4-6). We’ll decide together what pace and rhythm best supports your process.
